Habitat for Humanity of Martha's Vineyard needs your help to create more affordable housing for Island families. Martha's Vineyard is a beautiful place to live and grow up, but it is very expensive to do so. Home prices on Martha's Vineyard are 85% above the median in Massachusetts and wages fall 27% below the statewide average. What that means is we have a large population of year round residents who can no longer afford to live here. We are losing teachers, firefighters, electricians, nurses....people essential to a vibrant, thriving community. Please help us build homes for them!
